In the latest episode of 'Chaebol X Detective', An Bohyun and Park Jihyun started a fierce competition for the top spot in the powerful team.

On the 27th, SBS aired the second episode of 'Chaebol X Detective', where the newly recruited chaebol detective Jin Isu clashes with the team leader, Lee Kanghyun (played by Park Jihyun), as they both try to adapt to each other's working styles.

The second episode of 'Chaebol X Detective' recorded an impressive increase in ratings, with the highest viewership of 7.9% (based on Nielsen Korea, hereinafter the same), 7.0% in the capital area, 6.9% nationwide, and 1.8% among viewers aged 20-49, making it a formidable opponent in the weekend prime time slot.

 

Isu, who was determined to become a police officer, joined the Gangha Police Station with high hopes, only to find himself facing the intimidating Kanghyun and Junyoung (played by Kang Sangjun) in the powerful team. Feeling overwhelmed by their open hostility towards him, Isu nervously promises to work hard and not cause any trouble, causing Kanghyun's blood pressure to rise.

In response, Kanghyun threatens, "If you get in the way of my investigation, you'll be dead," before reluctantly allowing Isu to join the team. With the support of his only ally and fellow SNS follower, Kyungjin (played by Kim Shinbi), Isu begins his new life as a police officer.

However, his bad habits and 'chaebol tendencies' continue to surface, causing laughter among his colleagues. From ordering a 5-star hotel buffet for the police station lobby to turning his desk into a PC room and playing soccer games, Isu never fails to surprise and frustrate Kanghyun.
