Fabián Loves Korea But Would Rather Starve for 10 Days Than Eat Pizza Bread
# A French Guest on "Over the Line Family" Reveals His Extreme Love for Korea and Dislike for Pizza Bread
On the 2nd episode of Channel A's "Over the Line Family," which aired on 2nd, the winter routines of three "Over the Line Families" from Denmark, Switzerland, and France were revealed. As studio guests, Australian-born Sam Harrington, Italian-born Christina, and French-born Fabián joined in and provided entertaining commentary. In particular, Christina's appearance in the second half of the show sparked a heated fan reaction from Lee Hye-won, who flawlessly imitated Christina's accent and set the mood on fire from the beginning.
First up as the "Over the Line Family" were Son Ji-hee and Mark, a Danish couple. When asked about the reason for settling in Denmark, Son Ji-hee, who is originally from Korea, explained that it was because Mark works as an engineer at the LEGO headquarters. Later, Mark brought his two daughters to the office, which was made possible by a policy that allows parents to bring their children to work during winter vacation. Mark even gave his daughters "employee IDs" and received honest feedback from them as "real customers" of LEGO. They also spent quality time together assembling LEGO in the "Team LEGO" space. As 4 PM approached, the office started to empty out, and Son Ji-hee and Mark explained that Denmark values work-life balance and has policies in place to promote it, which is why it is common for people to leave work at 4 PM.
Next up was the Swiss family, who are originally from South Korea. They shared their experience of moving to Switzerland for their children's education and how they have adapted to the Swiss lifestyle. Lastly, the French family, Fabián, shared his love for Korea but also confessed that he would rather starve for ten days than eat "Korean-style pizza bread," which caused a stir among the other guests.
As someone who has lived in Korea for several years, I can relate to Fabián's dislike for "Korean-style pizza bread." While it may be a popular snack in Korea, it's not something that everyone enjoys. However, I do appreciate Fabián's love for Korea and how he is willing to try new things, except for pizza bread, of course. It's always interesting to see how people from different countries adapt to life in Korea and how they incorporate their own cultural preferences into their daily routines. Overall, this episode of "Over the Line Family" was both entertaining and informative, and I can't wait to see what the next episode has in store for us.
