Virtual idol group PlayV has recently revealed the reason behind their transformation into singers.

 

On March 26th, PlayV held a showcase for their second mini-album 'ASTERUM: 134-1' at MBC Golden Mouse Hall in Seoul's Mapo-gu. The title track 'WAY 4 LUV' showcases PlayV's sentimental atmosphere, sophisticated pop sensibility, and their journey to find love. The addictive guitar riff, powerful drums, and bass sound create a catchy and rhythmic music.

During the showcase, member Noah introduced their world, saying, "We are currently in Asterum. We have set up this stage to share 'WAY 4 LUV' with the people of Terra." Leader Yejun then revealed, "We used to live in Caelum, but we were drawn to Asterum by a mysterious force. The five of us came together to form PlayV."

He continued, "Being in Asterum has allowed us to communicate with the people of Terra. Our goal now is to bring good music to Earthlings." PlayV made their debut in March last year with their first single 'Waiting for You' and have since released hits like 'The Sixth Summer' and 'Merry PLLIstmas,' creating a virtual idol sensation. They are currently actively promoting with various innovative activities.
