Meanwhile, on the same day of the season 2 confirmation, Oh Young-soo was sentenced to one year in prison for inappropriate physical contact with a woman, referred to as "A". The incident occurred in 2017, but A only pressed charges in 2021 after the police initially dismissed the case. However, after A appealed the decision, the case was reopened and brought to trial.

During the trial, the prosecution argued, "The defendant made inappropriate comments towards A and sent an apology text, but also tried to evade responsibility by saying she reminded him of his daughter, causing A to feel disappointed." Oh Young-soo pleaded, "It's been so difficult and painful for me to be standing in court at this age. It's heartbreaking to see my life end up like this. I hope for a wise judgment." The sentencing date is set for March 15th.
