# Lim Chang-jung Clarifies 'Hair Salon Fraud' Allegations: Separated from Business Partner Long Ago

Recently, singer Lim Chang-jung has been facing allegations of fraud involving a hair salon he invested in. However, his agency YES IM Entertainment has come forward to clarify the situation and explain that Lim Chang-jung has been separated from the business partner in question for a long time.

According to YES IM Entertainment, the hair salon in question was opened in 2014 with Lim Chang-jung's investment to help out a friend from his hometown. However, a few months after the opening, Lim Chang-jung received his investment back and agreed to have his name and image removed from the business, leaving the business partner, referred to as S, to run the salon alone. The agency stated that the reason for the separation was due to differences in the direction of the salon's operations.

 

Furthermore, YES IM Entertainment clarified that Lim Chang-jung and S have had no contact since the separation and that Lim Chang-jung was not aware of any misuse of his image or name for business purposes.

In light of these allegations, YES IM Entertainment also addressed the recent controversy surrounding their entertainment academy, YES IM Academy, which was accused of not paying actors for a commercial shoot. The agency emphasized that the academy is a separate entity from the agency and Lim Chang-jung, and they have no involvement in its operations.

As a fan of Lim Chang-jung, I am disappointed to hear about these controversies surrounding him. However, I believe that the agency's explanation and clarification have shed light on the situation and cleared Lim Chang-jung's name from any wrongdoing.
