As a fan of Park Bo-gum, I was moved by Park Seo-gi's story on the recent episode of MBC's 'Radio Star'. The episode was dedicated to the theme of "Active Family King" and Park Seo-gi shared a heartwarming encounter with Park Bo-gum.
During the show, host Jang Do-yeon asked Park Seo-gi about being known as "Park Bo-gum's public girlfriend". Park Seo-gi responded by saying, "I know it may sound exaggerated, but I have been a fan of Bo-gum for a long time. When he enlisted in the military and was discharged, it was during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic and there were a lot of chaotic situations."
Park Seo-gi continued, "Then, after a long time, I finally got to attend his fan meeting. And he personally called me and asked, 'Sunbaenim, I'm having a fan meeting in August, are you available?'"
She then shared how she jokingly replied, "There are so many talented young artists these days, like Jae-jae and Yoo Jae-pil. They are all so good, and yet you still call and invite me. Thank you so much."
Park Seo-gi revealed that Park Bo-gum responded with, "Noona, you have to come. I want to take care of you." She added, "He even said, 'I'll definitely take you out. Let's run barefoot together.' And then he hung up. We ended up having the fan meeting for two days."
After the first day of the fan meeting, Park Seo-gi's manager received a gift from Park Bo-gum. She explained, "Bo-gum always writes hand-written letters and includes his endorsed skincare products and albums. He's such a great singer, so sometimes he includes his album as well. He said, 'This is for you'."
As a fan, I can't help but feel touched by Park Bo-gum's thoughtfulness towards Park Seo-gi. It's heartwarming to see how he values his fans and treats them like family.
