On the upcoming episode of KBS 2TV's "Immortal Songs" airing on the 2nd, Red Velvet's Seulgi and Irene will be paying tribute to their agency's senior group, TVXQ.

The 647th episode of "Immortal Songs" will be themed "21st Century Legends Part 2: TVXQ Performance Special." As TVXQ's direct juniors and 10-year veteran idols, Red Velvet's Seulgi and Irene will captivate the audience with their powerful presence. The two will share their special connection with TVXQ and express their love and gratitude towards their seniors.

 

Seulgi reveals, "TVXQ has helped us a lot. They are our agency seniors, but they treat us like little sisters. They even call us 'our daughters' and take care of us like a father would. That's why I call them 'dad' instead of 'oppa'." The close bond between the two groups is evident as Seulgi and Irene refer to TVXQ as family.

As they prepare to take the stage, Seulgi and Irene also share their nerves and pressure. Irene admits, "I try not to look at them and only focus on the camera. If I make eye contact, I feel like my mind will go blank." Seulgi adds, "We came here with the dream of winning, so we will show a great performance." Their determination and passion for their performance only heighten the anticipation for their stage.
