# Taeyeon's 'Two Ex' Continues to Dominate... 15 Weeks in Top 10 on Melon Chart

Taeyeon, a member of the popular girl group Girls' Generation, has once again proven her success as a solo artist with her hit song 'Two Ex'. Released in November of last year, the song has been topping the charts for a whopping 5 months now. It has even made its way into the top 10 on the Melon chart, one of the most influential music charts in Korea, for 15 consecutive weeks.

What's even more impressive is that 'Two Ex' was released during a typically slow season for music, and it's not your traditional ballad but a medium-tempo R&B track. Despite these challenges, the song has captured the attention of the K-pop industry and beyond.

 

It's not just on music platforms like YouTube and various social media sites where you can easily find a list of Taeyeon's hit songs, but she has also been praised for her experimental approach with 'Two Ex', which some say has led her to a second peak in her career.

Out of all the songs released by female solo artists, 'Two Ex' has the longest run at the top, and it's not showing any signs of slowing down.
