"Can 'Flower Blooms at Night' Star Lee Hanee Keep Her Identity Hidden Until the End?

In the recent episode 5 of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Flower Blooms at Night', the intense struggle between Jo Yeohwa (played by Lee Hanee) and Park Sooho (played by Lee Jongwon) over the death of Yeom Heungjip (played by Kim Hyungmuk) was depicted.

According to Nielsen Korea, the episode recorded its highest viewership ratings of 12% in the Seoul metropolitan area and 11.4% nationwide. This not only made it the top-rated drama on Friday and Saturday nights, but also the highest-rated program in all TV shows aired that day in the Seoul metropolitan area. The ending scene where Yeohwa quickly changes her clothes to avoid being caught by Jisung (played by Lee Jongsung) reached a peak of 14.3% viewership.

Yeohwa sets out to rescue children trapped in a storage room at the Phil Yeogak warehouse. However, in the midst of this, Yeom Heungjip's sudden death occurs in the middle of the night. Sooho, who is determined to uncover the truth behind Heungjip's death, becomes suspicious of the red spot and sweet smell coming from his mouth. As the finger ring of Heungjip is found in the hands of the chief magistrate's daughter-in-law, Baek (played by Choi Yuhwa), the case seems to be easily solved.

However, when Yeohwa witnesses her father's mistress, Baek Soojeol (played by Choi Yuhwa), secretly meeting with Yongdeok (played by Lee Kangmin), the case takes a complicated turn. Yeohwa struggles with the knowledge of this truth, while Yongdeok is determined to protect his lover and keep the truth about the finger ring hidden.

Yeohwa's father and the Left State Councilor, Seok Jisung (played by Kim Sangjoong), is faced with a dilemma when the truth is revealed in the autopsy report."

As a fan of Korean dramas, I was on the edge of my seat watching this intense episode of 'Flower Blooms at Night'. The plot twists and turns kept me hooked until the very end. Lee Hanee's performance as Jo Yeohwa was captivating, and I couldn't help but feel for her character's struggles. I can't wait to see how the story unfolds in the upcoming episodes.
