On May 22, 2022, at 5 am, a woman named Kim Jin-joo (pseudonym) was waiting for the elevator on the first floor of her apartment building when she suddenly lost consciousness. When she woke up, she found herself in a hospital bed. CCTV footage showed a man approaching her from behind and violently kicking her, causing her to lose consciousness. The original footage left Lee Ji-hye and Ahn Hyun-mo in shock.

 

The case took a disturbing turn when the question of sexual assault arose. The victim's pants were unzipped and her underwear was pulled down, but the perpetrator claimed to have no memory of the incident due to being heavily intoxicated. In the episode, the victim herself appeared and revealed the jeans she was wearing on the day of the incident, which were covered in bloodstains. It was a powerful visual representation of the brutal attack she endured.
