In the latest episode of SBS variety show 'Strong Heart VS', the cast of the drama 'Chaebol X Detective' made an appearance and Park Ji-hyun's provocative comment about actress Ahn Bo-hyun caused quite a stir. During the show, lead actors Ahn Bo-hyun, Park Ji-hyun, Kang Sang-jun, Kim Shin-bi, and Jung Ga-hee shared stories from their dinner gatherings, revealing that they once drank from 7 PM to 8 AM.

Park Ji-hyun confessed, "I'm not a big drinker. I usually avoid alcohol even in private gatherings. But Ahn Bo-hyun kept insisting that we have drinks together." She then added, "Recently, he threw me a birthday party and I couldn't say no to drinks. Surprisingly, I was able to handle it well."

When the MCs joked about Ahn Bo-hyun being the reason for Park Ji-hyun's newfound tolerance for alcohol, she playfully called him "the alcohol dad." Ahn Bo-hyun then explained, "I wanted to get closer to Ji-hyun and have a meal together, so I arranged the gathering."


Park Ji-hyun continued, "I never drink at any dinner gatherings. I hate the feeling of getting too drunk, throwing up, and having a hangover. That's why I always refused to drink. But on my birthday, I couldn't resist and ended up having a little bit. And surprisingly, I was okay with it." She revealed that she only had half a bottle of soju.

Ahn Bo-hyun added, "Ji-hyun has worked on many projects, but we've never had a private meal together. That's why I wanted to make it happen." It seems like the two actors have become closer through their shared love for food and drinks.

In my opinion, it's heartwarming to see actors bonding outside of work and forming genuine friendships. It's also interesting to see how Ahn Bo-hyun's persistence in getting Park Ji-hyun to drink has paid off. But at the same time, I can understand Park Ji-hyun's aversion to alcohol and her reluctance to drink.
