Korean singer, actor, and influencer Seo Ha-yan, who is also known as the wife of singer Im Chang-jung, recently shared an update on her current status.

On the 21st, Seo Ha-yan posted a short video and the words "Let's stay strong" on her Instagram story. In the video, Seo Ha-yan can be seen exercising according to her trainer's instructions.

Previously, on December 31st of last year, Seo Ha-yan wrote a long post. At the time, she wrote, "The sense of stability that comes with knowing that the red light will fade away after dawn and spring will come after winter. The strength to overcome the cold winter lies in where you place your mind, and the fleeting emotions that come with it, knowing that the four seasons will repeat themselves."

Seo Ha-yan married Im Chang-jung in 2017, despite their 18-year age difference, which caused quite a stir in the Korean entertainment news. Last April, Im Chang-jung was embroiled in allegations of involvement in stock manipulation, which led to him halting his activities.
