On the morning of the 26th, the production presentation for the Disney+ original series 'Royal Loader' was held at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square in Seoul. Actors Lee Jae-wook, Lee Jun-young, Hong Soo-ju, and director Min Yeon-hong were present at the event.

'Royal Loader' tells the story of minor leaguers who want, become, and steal the throne of the top Chaebol CEO in Korea.

 

When asked about the differences between 'Royal Loader' and other dramas that feature Chaebol families, director Min Yeon-hong explained that there are many stories about Chaebol families and he wanted to create a different one. He also shared that he wanted to make the character of the CEO unique and eccentric, and that his success in building a huge Chaebol empire was due to his "wit."

As a result, the costumes, visuals, and even the supporting characters surrounding the CEO were carefully crafted to add a unique touch to the drama. Actor Lee Jae-wook, who has been loved for his roles in 'Homemade Love Story' and 'Soon It Will Be Dead', also shared his thoughts on his character in 'Royal Loader'. He described his character as secretive and introverted, a complete 180 from his previous roles, and expressed his excitement to show a new side of himself to the audience.

As a fan of dramas featuring Chaebol families, I am looking forward to seeing the unconventional and eccentric side of the CEO in 'Royal Loader'.
