The highly anticipated Tving original series 'Pyramid Game' has released its teaser trailer ahead of its premiere on the 29th.

Based on the popular Naver webtoon of the same name, 'Pyramid Game' depicts a brutal survival hierarchy war in class 2-5 of Baekyeon High School, where students vote for a victim once a month. The story follows Seong Soo-ji , who awakens as a 'game sniper' determined to break the pyramid hierarchy and the intense mind games and psychological warfare between the students.

Directed by Park So-yeon and written by newcomer Choi Soo-i, the series also features hitmaker director Lee Jae-kyu, known for his work on films such as 'Perfect Strangers' and dramas like 'Our School Now' and 'Even in the Psychiatric Ward, Morning Comes'. The cast includes rising stars such as Kim Ji-yeon , Jang Da-ah (known as Jang Won-young's sister), Ryu Da-in, Shin Seul-gi (from 'Solo Hell 2'), Kang Na-eon, Jung Ha-dam, and Ha Yul-ri.

The newly released main poster showcases the setting of the brutal game, class 2-5 of Baekyeon High School, piquing curiosity and anticipation. In the center of the classroom floor sits transfer student Seong Soo-ji, who has also been given an F grade. His position at the bottom of the pyramid hierarchy is evident. On the other hand, the students standing confidently at the top of the poster represent the highest ranks of the pyramid.

As a fan of the original webtoon, I am excited to see how the series will bring the intense story to life. With a talented cast and experienced creators, I have high hopes for 'Pyramid Game' to become a hit.
