KBS 2TV's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Catch the Villains' has released a third poster featuring Kim Haneul, Yeon Woojin, and Jang Seungjo caught in a whirlwind of emotions.
Scheduled to air on March 18th, 'Catch the Villains' is a thrilling melodrama that follows a journalist who catches the bad guys and a detective who puts them behind bars as they chase after a series of murders that lead them into a dangerous spiral. Based on the award-winning web novel 'Oh Anyou - Let's Grab Them by the Throat', the drama is highly anticipated for its intense emotional rollercoaster.
In the drama, Kim Haneul plays the role of Seo Jungwon, a journalist who catches the bad guys, while Yeon Woojin takes on the role of Kim Taehun, a detective who puts them behind bars. Jang Seungjo plays the role of Seo Woojae, a wealthy novelist and Jungwon's husband.
The newly released third poster features the three characters intertwined in a complicated relationship. They are seen leaning against each other on a bed, but their gazes are directed in different directions, creating a tense and precarious atmosphere.
The caption "The truth you turn away from will always come back" hints at the deep emotions and complicated relationships between the three characters, piquing viewers' curiosity about their hidden stories.
As the drama follows the process of solving the murder case, the audience can also look forward to the meticulous portrayal of the characters' psyches by Kim Haneul, Yeon Woojin, and Jang Seungjo. With the drama's intense plot and skilled actors, 'Catch the Villains' is sure to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
Personally, I am excited to see Kim Haneul and Yeon Woojin's transformation into a journalist and a cop, respectively. Their chemistry on screen is already palpable, and I can't wait to see how they portray their characters' complex emotions. Jang Seungjo's addition to the mix adds another layer of intrigue, and I am eager to see how his character will affect the dynamic between the two leads.
