Rude Behavior at a Tteokbokki Restaurant Kim Gura Shares His Experience of Being Rudely Demanded by the Owner in Front of His Wife and Child
# Kim Gura Shares Experience of Being Rudely Demanded for Payment at Tteokbokki Restaurant
!
On the August 5th episode of MBC's entertainment program 'Run Away: Break Up Service', singer Roy Kim made an appearance and shared his struggles with expressing anger.
Roy Kim expressed that even when he is angry, he finds it difficult to express it. He even mentioned that he would curse in his sleep out of frustration. Hearing this, Kim Gura, a fellow cast member, shared his own experience of dealing with rude behavior as a celebrity.
Kim Gura stated, "I have experienced this many times. People with a soft and proper image can get in trouble just by getting angry. People like Pyo Ji Hoon or Kim Gura are not expected to get angry. Even if we do, we would probably say something like 'it's okay'."
Fellow cast member Pungsa also agreed, saying, "Even if someone curses at us when we first meet them, we wouldn't say anything back." Hearing this, Kim Gura shared his own experience, saying, "I went to a famous tteokbokki restaurant recently. I was sitting with my manager and child, and the owner started pointing at me and saying, 'Oh, this is Kim Gura's restaurant.'"
Kim Gura continued, "So I said, 'You seem to be around the same age as me, I'm in my mid-50s. It's not appropriate to point fingers at someone like me.' Then the owner's face turned red and he stopped." Kim Gura explained the situation and how he handled it.
Kim Ina, another cast member, added, "That person probably went home and left malicious comments online." Kim Gura responded, "That's why you have to express your anger clearly. Otherwise, people will continue to take advantage of you."
As a fan of Kim Gura, I was shocked to hear about his experience. It's unfortunate that celebrities have to deal with such rude behavior, even when they are out with their families. It's important to stand up for yourself and not let others disrespect you, no matter how famous you are. I hope Kim Gura's story serves as a reminder to always speak up against rude behavior.
