As a fan of Korean cuisine, I was excited to see AOA's former member and actress Seolhyun on the latest episode of MBC's variety show "I Live Alone." The episode showcased Seolhyun's daily routine, including her intense workout and her love for bungeoppang, jajangmyeon, and tangsuyuk.

On the show, Seolhyun was seen challenging herself at an indoor climbing gym, conquering both easy and difficult courses with her impressive athletic abilities and competitive spirit. She even declared that she wouldn't go home until she successfully completed a challenging course. However, she also shared that she loses weight easily when she exercises regularly.

Later on, Seolhyun satisfied her cravings for jajangmyeon and tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) at her favorite restaurant. As a big fan of Korean food, I couldn't help but feel envious of her delicious meal. But at the same time, I was inspired by her healthy approach to balancing exercise and indulging in her favorite foods.
