# Choi Soo-jong Reveals the Ending of the Battle of Gwiju in the Korean War: What's Next?

As we approach the final episode of the KBS 2TV drama 'Korean War', viewers are eagerly anticipating the epic conclusion of the Gwiju Battle. The 50th anniversary special production, which airs on October 10 at 9:15 PM, will showcase the intense and emotional finale of the Korean War.

In the previous episode, we saw General Kang Gam-chan successfully lead his troops in pushing back the invading Jurchen army. However, with no heavy cavalry left, General Kang must now face the enemy head on. In the newly released stills, we see General Kang standing tall and determined in the midst of the chaotic battlefield, ready to make his final stand.

 

The Gwiju Battle, which lasted for 30 minutes, is the highlight of the final episode. Viewers can expect to see never-before-seen war action and large-scale battle scenes that will leave them on the edge of their seats.

After the victorious battle, General Kang returns to the capital city of Kaesong, where he is greeted by King Hyun-jong . The emotional reunion between the two is a heartwarming moment as King Hyun-jong presents General Kang with a golden crown and celebrates the triumph with the people.

As the Korean War comes to an end, General Kang prepares to leave the king's side. However, King Hyun-jong insists that there is still much to be done and denies General Kang's resignation.

As a fan of Korean history, I am excited to see how the drama will portray the Gwiju Battle and the aftermath of the Korean War. I am also looking forward to seeing Choi Soo-jong's powerful performance as General Kang Gam-chan. Don't miss the final episode of 'Korean War' on October 10 at 9:15 PM on KBS 2TV.
