On August 25th, HYBE's newest girl group, AILEE, will make their highly anticipated debut. As a fan of HYBE's music and A&R, I couldn't be more excited for this talented group to showcase their skills and charm the world.

 

Led by HYBE's chairman, Bang Si Hyuk, AILEE is already making waves with their debut album. The tracklist was recently revealed, and it includes four songs, including the title track "Magnetic," "My World," "Midnight Fiction," and "Lucky Girl Syndrome." What caught my attention the most was the fact that all the songs were produced by Bang Si Hyuk himself. As a renowned producer, his meticulous touch is sure to elevate AILEE's music to new heights.

But what's even more interesting is HYBE's recent announcement of their "internal director compensation plan" for this year. As we all know, Bang Si Hyuk is receiving a salary of only 1 won but has the potential to receive a bonus based on the group's success. This shows HYBE's confidence in AILEE and their determination to reward their employees based on their hard work and achievements.
