# Moon Hee-jun Shares His Thoughts on His Daughter's Marriage
On the recent episode of SBS's 'Shoes Off, Dolsingpoman,' H.O.T.'s leader Moon Hee-jun, Sechs Kies' Eun Ji-won, and god's Park Joon-hyung gathered together.
Moon Hee-jun revealed an interesting story about how he turned down a 1 billion won advertisement during his time as a member of H.O.T. When asked by Lee Sang-min if any members had complained about the decision, Moon Hee-jun replied, "They didn't say it out loud, but you could see the disappointment on their faces. It was an advertisement for donuts, and the concept was to wear donuts and sing."
He continued, "It might have been okay if it was in our early days, but at that time, we were consumed by the mysterious concept. We asked for some changes in the contract, but they didn't agree. So, we ended up not doing the advertisement, which was a shame."
Eun Ji-won added, "We actually got an offer for the same advertisement that H.O.T. turned down." Park Joon-hyung also shared, "The program 'Childcare Diary' was first offered to H.O.T. We were told that it would become a regular program, so we agreed without hesitation."
Moon Hee-jun, who has now become a father of two, unexpectedly shared his struggles with balancing parenting and his career. He said, "I reduced my TV appearances to help with childcare, but it ended up lasting longer than I thought."
Lee Sang-min then asked, "If your daughter asks you to sing at her wedding, what would you do?"
Moon Hee-jun replied, "I would probably oppose the marriage. I hope she gets married later in life, maybe around 58 years old." Park Joon-hyung agreed with his extreme stance.
Moon Hee-jun also revealed that his eldest daughter, Hee-yul, recently warned someone not to come into their house. He shared, "She told her favorite doll to 'stay out' in front of our door."
As a fan of Moon Hee-jun, I can understand his desire for his daughter to delay marriage and focus on her own life first. It's heartwarming to see a father who cares so much for his daughter's well-being. I hope Hee-yul grows up to be a strong and independent woman before considering marriage.
