OMG YooA, member of the popular girl group 'Oh My Girl', is making a strong comeback with a new concept that showcases her sensuality and maturity.

On the 14th of this month, YooA will release her first solo single album, 'Borderline'. This marks her first solo release in about 1 year and 4 months since her second mini album, 'Selfish', was released in November 2022.

 

According to YooA, her new album carries a message of breaking down the boundaries between reality and dreams with one's strong determination. The album features hitmakers such as lyricist Seo Ji-eum, songwriting team Solsire, and music producer Ryan Jhun.

The title track of 'Borderline', 'Rooftop', is a hip dance genre with addictive string sounds and a prominent 808 bass. The lyrics compare the desire to reach for one's dreams to a bird flying towards the sky.

Fans can catch a glimpse of YooA's new and never-before-seen style on Mnet's 'M Countdown' at 6 PM KST, where she will be performing her new songs for the first time.
