# Apink and Kim So-yeon Share Heartwarming Messages for the Lunar New Year

As the Lunar New Year holiday approaches, girl group Apink and trot singer Kim So-yeon have shared warm messages to spread some cheer.

On February 9th at 12 PM, Apink members Park Cho-rong, Yoon Bo-mi, Kim Nam-joo, Oh Ha-young, and Kim So-yeon, who are all under Chorok Creative Lab, posted a Lunar New Year greeting video on their official social media and fan cafe.

First, Park Cho-rong greeted with a bright smile, saying, "It feels like it was just a few days ago when we welcomed the new year of 2024, the Year of the Rat. How is everyone spending their happy holiday?"

 

Yoon Bo-mi then added her witty touch, saying, "There are so many delicious foods to eat during the Lunar New Year, like rice cake soup, pancakes, and stir-fried glass noodles. I think I'm at an age where I don't have to eat them anymore. Pandas, I hope you all have a delicious holiday!"

Kim Nam-joo continued, "I hope you all have a great time with your parents, family, and relatives whom you haven't seen in a while. I also wish you all a safe trip back home."

Oh Ha-young shared her warm wishes, saying, "I hope you all have a relaxing time during the holiday and recharge your energy for the rest of the Year of the Rat. Pandas, I wish you all a happy new year!"

Lastly, Kim So-yeon greeted her fans with a bright smile and then sang the traditional song "Lunar New Year" with her sweet voice. She then added, "I hope you all have a restful holiday and spend the rest of the Year of the Rat with vigor and excitement. Happy new year, everyone!"
